Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and assist with customer communication, lead generation, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, polite, and able to handle calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Explain services and offerings to clients

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM

• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations

• Handle basic customer queries and feedback

Requirements:

• 10th / 12th pass or any graduate

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi, English or local language)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred)

• Ability to work with targets

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
